Welcome to The Traditional Art of Neapolitan Pizza dough. In this course you will learn to craft you own neapolitan dough including learning how to make an incredible sauce that will impress your friends.
At the start of the class you will be treated to a charcuterie board curated by chef Daniel, as you enjoy your appetizer and share introductions. You will learn first our signiture scrach tomato sauce. We will then proceed to learning techniques, recipes, and building confidence to tackle your next dough. We will finish off by kneeding and stretching the dough and topping your personalized pizza with freshly harvested seasonal ingredients.
